Refund Policy
Our 30-day guarantee If you're not happy with your RBH Goods Co. piece, you have 30 days from the day it's delivered to ask for a return. Just email us at hi@rbhgoods.com and we'll help you from there.
What can be returned Items need to be in like-new condition, which means unused, with no scuffs, scratches or signs of wear.
What can't be returned
- Personalized, engraved or custom items, because they're made just for you.
- Clearance items and gift cards.
How to start a return
- Email hi@rbhgoods.com with your order number. One of our customer gurus will approve your return and send you instructions and a return shipping label.
- Please wait for approval before sending anything back. Packages that arrive without an approved return can't be accepted.

Free exchanges
We offer free exchanges within the US. International exchanges may involve extra shipping costs. Email hi@rbhgoods.com and we'll help you get the item you really wanted. The returned item must be in like-new condition.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few extra days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, email us at hi@rbhgoods.com.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email hi@rbhgoods.com right away and we'll make it right. Manufacturing defects that show up later are covered by our warranty: 10 years on leather bags, one year on everything else (see our FAQ).
Canceling an order
Email hi@rbhgoods.com as soon as you decide. Orders can usually be canceled within the first 24 hours. Once the carrier picks up your order, it can't be canceled and will need to be returned after it arrives.
European Union 14-day right of withdrawal
If your order ships to the European Union, you can cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason. The item still needs to be in like-new condition.
